How do I get my planner after I purchase?
Answer: Once your payment goes through, you’ll get an email with your download link right away. No waiting, no shipping, it’s ready as soon as checkout is complete.
What app do I need to use my digital planner?
Answer: Most of my planners work best in GoodNotes or Notability on an iPad, but they can also be printed at home if you prefer paper. I’ll always note in the product description if something is app specific.
Can I print these instead of using them digitally?
Answer: Yes, every planner and printable can be printed at home, just make sure your printer settings are set to actual size for the best fit.
What if I lose my download link or need to redownload?
Answer: No worries, just email me at hellolovetrends@gmail.com with your order number and I’ll get you a new link right away.
Do you offer refunds?
Answer: Since these are instant digital downloads, I’m not able to offer refunds once a file has been delivered. If something’s wrong with your order or a file won’t open, reach out to me at hellolovetrends@gmail.com and I’ll make it right.
